Did an out and back from the NISV ... over the SDR bridge the riverfront path towards 14 locks on the canal. We turned at just over 5 miles and retraced out steps.

Those who did 10.36 miles were.. Me, Lorraine Fergus, Darren ?, Claire Morgan-Powell,

prior to that I ran with Brigitte Widdas (mostly), Chris Davies etc.
