Feeling a bit weary today after yesterday's Newport County v Leicester City FA Cup fixture during which time I had 6 pints of beer and lots of carby junk food.
The track session was 3 * 4 * 400 (1:15 standing recovery, 1 lap between sets)
I was doing the 400s in approx 2 minutes.
