I did a 2 mile warm up before the Club Championship track mile. I was in the group 3 & 4 race. I went off a bit quick and at current fitness levels was not able to hole the pace. I finished with approx 6:51 (TBC). A reasonable gauge of my fitness level while I am marathon training rather than doing speed work.
